Got out early Saturday for a fantastic long run.\u00a0 Was looking to get 11 or 12.\u00a0 Ended up getting 13.5 miles.\u00a0 Felt great.\u00a0 Ran from the house to meet D, about 2.5 miles.\u00a0 Saw a beautiful sunrise outside as I got to D’s house.\u00a0 We headed out from there.\u00a0 Great run, the miles just flew by.\u00a0 Much better than last week’s solo run.\u00a0 Passed a couple other runners, glad to see people out enjoying the morning.\u00a0 Temps hovered in the upper 30’s lower 40’s so it was perfect weather.\u00a0 Ended up with 13.5 miles.\u00a0 Nike+ gave me 12.46.\u00a0 It’s not letting me see my history so I can’t get the time, but it was around 2 hours and 5 minutes.<\/p>\n
Sunday Carrie, G&A, Boomer and I went for a walk around the neighborhood.\u00a0 Good to see they are finally making a dent in the limbs left from the ice storm.\u00a0 Nice brisk pace.\u00a0 Finished 2.5 miles in 40 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
