Stayed true to my desire to run last night.\u00a0 We had a nice cold front roll through Wed. night and it was cool all day Thurs.\u00a0 By 7:15pm it was a beautiful evening.\u00a0 No clouds in the sky, no breeze.\u00a0 I felt good with fresh legs from a day off and decided to go a little farther than normal.\u00a0 Ended up with 4.6 miles.\u00a0 Had a could of good tempo stretches mixed in.<\/p>\n
Afterward, loved watching the Ducks get squashed by Arizona.\u00a0 Thanks Mike Stoops for helping brother Bob out.<\/p>\n
