I gotta just say that I love cool weather running.<\/p>\n

Monday, I hit the road around 9:45PM.\u00a0 It had rained all day and had held steady in the low 50’s.\u00a0 When I left it was upper 40’s and cooling off.\u00a0 Got in 3.2 miles.\u00a0 First time to wear a hat due to cold weather.\u00a0 Woo Hoo.\u00a0 Didn’t take the dog, and for some reason it was a little still in the hood.\u00a0 Not much traffic and many dark streets.\u00a0 Felt kind of spooky at times.\u00a0 I think all the Halloween decorations are getting to me.<\/p>\n

Tuesday was another beautiful day.\u00a0 It had warmed up a bit, mid 60’s during the day.\u00a0 Thought the kiddos were down for a nap at 7:45PM so I headed out.\u00a0 Went for\u00a0 3.5 miles.\u00a0 Felt like I was flying.\u00a0 Got back, and apparently G&A missed me so much they decided to cry the whole time I was away.\u00a0 Its nice (for me, not so much for Carrie) to be missed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
