Back in the swing today.\u00a0 4.75 miles, just over 41 minutes.\u00a0 Felt good, but good golly was I wet when I got back to the office.\u00a0 IT must have been 95% humidity out, and near 85F.\u00a0 The humidity was killer however.\u00a0 IT felt like I had returned to South Louisiana for the day.\u00a0 Unfortunately we still haven’t gotten any rain out of the clouds though.<\/p>\n

On another note, looks like the pro testing still needs to get better<\/a>.\u00a0 Ricco was tested about 10 times, and only 2 popped positive.\u00a0 That make me feel better about the prospects of a clean race.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
