{"id":102,"date":"2008-03-28T09:18:26","date_gmt":"2008-03-28T15:18:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/runningok.jankowskis.net\/?p=102"},"modified":"2008-03-28T09:18:26","modified_gmt":"2008-03-28T15:18:26","slug":"change-in-attitude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/runningok.jankowskis.net\/?p=102","title":{"rendered":"Change in Attitude"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So I thought about my post yesterday, and decided I needed to suck it up and take advantage of the Y and all it has to offer and embrace the experience.\u00a0 So I decided to drag myself out of bed early this morning and get in a long challenging workout.<\/p>\n<p>Spent 30 min on the elliptical trainer.\u00a0 Did the interval setting and focused on keeping the stride long and fast.\u00a0 Then went over to the bike and spent 20 minutes again on the interval program.\u00a0 Kept the RPM&#8217;s high and finished with 6 miles.\u00a0 Finally went to the pool for some laps.\u00a0 Swam 2 X 250M free and 2 X 100M breast with no breaks in between.\u00a0 Used the breast as recovery between the sets of free, and then as a cool down.<\/p>\n<p>Felt good, and I still got in to the office early.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So I thought about my post yesterday, and decided I needed to suck it up and take advantage of the Y and all it has to offer and embrace the experience.\u00a0 So I decided to drag myself out of bed early this morning and get in a long challenging workout.
